SchoolPRO has a unique pricing structure that endeavours to make payment for this product as simple and cost-effective as possible.
It is simple because you pay a single annual amount for all SchoolPRO modules and for an unlimited number of users. There are no extra costs for maintenance or upgrades.
It is cost-effective because the amount you pay is determined by the number of students enrolled at your school. This means that smaller schools have access to the same high quality software that, in the past, only the larger schools could afford.
Software Customisation
Requests for customisation to the software will be gladly accepted and, if deemed appropriate, will be incorporated into future versions of SchoolPRO free of charge. If a school must have certain program modifications immediately or the modification is specific to that school then they may be implemented at the rates indicated above. A fixed written quote will be given to the school in order to provide certainty as to the final cost.
