Filter - Saved Lists

Add a Saved List
- Click the Drop Down button next to the [Select Lists] field
- Click the [Edit Lists] option from the drop down list which will open the Maintain Name Lists form
- Option 1:
- In the Maintain Name Lists field type in the name of the list you want to create.
- Click the Select... tab
- Use the select form to choose the students you want to work with (for example - make a subset of 2 classes):
- Click the (Select Class) drop down button
- Choose one class from the drop down list
- Click the append box
- Choose a 2nd class from the drop down list
- Click the Entities tab
- In our example we want to add all the entities we have selected minus a few:
- Click the Add All >> button
- Click the entities you don't want in the list and click Remove
- Option 2:
- Click the Maintain Name Lists Drop Down button
- Click on the name of the list you want to copy
- Click the Save as new list... button
- Type in the Name of the new list
- Click OK
- Click Done
Edit a List
- Click the Drop Down button next to the [Select Lists] field
- Click the [Edit Lists] option from the drop down list which will open the Maintain Name Lists form
- Click the Maintain Name Lists Drop Down button
- Click on the name of the list you want to edit
- Option 1 - To add new entities to the list:
- Select the Entities you would like to add to the list as per steps 3c above
- Click the Entities tab
- If you want to add the newly selected Entities to the top of the list, select the before option and click Add All >>
- If you want to add the newly selected Entities to the bottom of the list, select the after option and click Add All >>
TIP: You can order the selected entities to add to the list in several different ways just click the Order by drop down button and choose the way you would like entities ordered
- Option 2 - To rearrange entities from the list:
- Click the Entities tab
- Select the entity you would like to move in the list and then click the corresponding button (eg. To Top to move to the top, Up to move one position upwards, Down to move one position down the list, To Bottom to move to the bottom of the list, Alphabetical to list the entities alphabetically)
- Option 3 - To remove entities from the list:
- Click the Entities tab
- Select the entities you would like to remove and click the Remove button
TIP: To clear the whole list click the Remove All button
Delete a List
- Click the Drop Down button next to the [Select Lists] field
- Click the [Edit Lists] option from the drop down list which will open the Maintain Name Lists form
- Click the Maintain Name Lists Drop Down button
- Click on the name of the list you want to delete
- Click the Delete saved list button
