When using both the SMS and Email capabilities in SchoolPRO it is possible to include merged data.
All merge fields need to be between || eg. |Title| |Surname| would return for example Mr Betenson .
NOTE: the merge field must exist in the data source for the data to merge. That is for the example above if there was no Title field no data would merged and the example would return |Title| Betenson.
Some merge fields are only available in certain modules while others can be used everywhere.
