Triggers - General Types

Description

Attendance - Student Arrives Late

Trigger fires when an attendance record is entered for a student and the Arrival time is specified.

Attendance - Student Leaves Early

Trigger fires when an attendance record is entered for a student and the Departure time is specified.

Attendance - Student Marked Absent

Trigger fires when an attendance record is entered for a student and no arrival or departure time is recorded.

Behaviour - Student behaviour reports is created

Trigger fires when a behaviour reports is created in the Behaviour module. This trigger is a 'general' trigger and differs from the Behaviour Module triggers.

Common - Scheduled Trigger

The trigger fires at a specified time. This trigger can be useful in providing statistical information (like attendance, student population etc) on a daily basis.

Entities - Address Details Updated

The trigger fires when an address is modified. The details of the new address can be automatically sent to another staff member or the person who owns the address.

Entities - Student Activity Status Changes

The trigger fires when the activity status of the student changes to the value specified. This provides a way in which staff can be informed of the new student enrolments.
