Running a Stored Query

Stored Query Maintain and Run

Applies to Form: Stored Queries

  1. Open the Stored Query form (Main Menu > Miscellaneous Stored Queries).
  2. Select the query you wish to run from the list of available queries on the left.
  3. Optional in some cases: Select the entities, addresses and/or subjects you want to include in the stored query

    NOTE: Not all stored queries require a selection to run, but many do.

  4. Click on the Preview / Run Query button.
  5. The results of the query will be displayed in a datasheet.

To output the results of the query to a Word document, Excel spreadsheet or Web page.

  1. Run the query as shown above.
  2. Preview the results of the query.
  3. When you are happy that the correct information is displayed, close the results window.
  4. Click on one of the three buttons to the right of the Preview / Run Query button to output the results to Word, Excel or a web page.
