Subjects Module
There is enormous flexibility within
the Subjects module to enable SchoolPRO to cater for the specific
requirements of your school.
You can define any number of
assessment periods, including the start and end dates of those
periods and whether or not they are reported upon. You also define
the faculties and the subject types.
Through the "Bulk Maintain"
facility, you can very quickly and simply allocate students to
classes. You can create any number of "classes" (streams) for
subjects. SchoolPRO instantly tells you how many students are
enrolled in each class.
You can produce many different
listings, based upon the data you have selected. For example, you
may wish to print a list of all classes for a particular student
or teacher. You can even print teacher classes with any number of
grid boxes from 1 to 50 to enable you to, say, mark off a student
at each stage of an excursion.
If ID photos have been taken, class
lists with photos can be produced, which can be invaluable to new
or relief teachers. |
