Remote Access Training (from
just $18!)
SchoolPRO is now pleased to be able offer
remote access training. This has all the benefits of on-site training
but without the costs.
We are able to provide this training by remotely viewing your PC
(only with your permission of course) through specialised remote
access software. Here's how it works:

We arrange a mutually convenient time with you to
do the training.

You install the
remote access software (if you don't already have it) so we can
view your PC and step you through the training.

We call you at the agreed time and the training
begins.

You are invoiced* for the training at
our normal support rates. This can be as low as $18 per 15
minutes if you have pre-purchased support. See our Support and Training

Benefits

Remote training can be performed in as
little as 15 minutes. We talk you
through a new task over the phone while we watch what you do on your computer screen. This means that you
can fit training around your normal schedule.

This training is completely secure.
There is no way anyone can access your computer without your approval
each time. And everything travelling between the two computers
is fully encrypted.

Work from home! This is available if you
purchase the optional Remote Support software - which we highly
recommend.

already got EBLVD - remote support
then there is an additional $5 administrative setup cost per training session.
