Training and Support Schools can save on training and support by pre-purchasing a number of hours. Please note that any pre-purchased support never times out.

Annual Support Contract This annual support agreement entitles the school to unlimited telephone support. However it does not include training or customisations which will be invoiced at the appropriate rates (see our support policy for details).

Annual Online Training Contract This annual training agreement entitles the school to pay as little as $15.00 per 15 minutes. This is one-third of our normal training rate!. Choose from five options:

We strongly encourage schools that plan to conduct training to pre-purchase⁶ the required number of hours in order to gain significant savings on the standard ad hoc rate. For example, pre-purchasing 50 hours to cover scheduled training will save your school $2,700.

Pre-purchased support does not 'time out' at the end of the year. This means you get the reduced rate, regardless of any future changes.

All charges above exclude GST.

The first 6 months of telephone and email support is free.

Annual Support Contract does not include training or calls over 15 minutes in length.

Remote access training differs from telephone support in that training is usually pre-arranged and is trainer directed rather than caller directed. See our support policy for details.

Please note a training session that is cancelled without 1 business day's notice, is still chargeable.

The pre-purchase payment for training needs to be received before the training takes place in order for the school to get the reduced rates.

The concessional rate is granted to new schools in order to help them implement and learn the software as quickly and cheaply as possible. Remote training can be taken in 15 minutes lots.

On-site training must be for a full day (7 hours or more).

We try our hardest to minimise these charges by visiting as many schools in the area as possible.

Car travel is charged at 75c/km.

Annual Online Training Contract Conditions:

Applies to pre-booked online training only.

Is available at all times of the year, including school vacations, except for the 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year.

Any time not used in a month cannot be carried over.

Extra time used in a month will be charged at our normal rates (or the prepaid rate, if you have a prepaid support contract in place).

Software Customisation

Requests for customisation of the software will be gladly accepted and, if deemed appropriate, may be incorporated into future versions of SchoolPRO free of charge. If a school must have certain program modifications immediately or the modification is specific to that school then they may be implemented at the rates indicated above. A fixed written quote will be given to the school in order to provide certainty as to the final cost.
