The Entities module is at the heart of SchoolPRO. It stores information in respect of students, parents, staff and other individuals or organizations that might be involved with your school.

The entities module provides the means to create and maintain student, parent and other individual details. An SchoolPRO entity usually refers to either a student, parent or staff member but can refer to any individual or organisation.

SchoolPRO enables any number of relations to be created for each entity in the system. The relation types span the full range of possibilities from parent, child to guardian, step-sibling, grandparent in-law, estranged parent, defacto partner, nephew etc.

SchoolPRO follows the real-world method of grouping individuals. For example, SchoolPRO easily accommodates split families, children who are temporarily away from home, parents who can have no contact with their children, households where there may be no direct family relationships etc. This is facilitated by placing entities in both relational groups and household groups. This method can cater for the most complicated 'family trees'.

SchoolPRO reflects the real world by storing entities in a household list and in a relations list. This method can accommodate the most complicated family situation.
Because all "entities" are held in the one file, it is possible to, say, track a student through the various stages of his or her life: As a student, alumnus, staff member, parent and grandparent. Through a sophisticated "relations" facility, the relationships between all members of a family are easily established. SchoolPRO caters for almost every relationship type including sibling, parent, sibling-in-law, guardian, estranged-parent, grandparent and many more.

Addresses can be stored with the Head of Household and/or with any other member of a household. There may be one address for a whole household, or there could be multiple addresses for each member of the household.
You can record any number of personal comments that may be grouped in user-defined categories for each entity.

Census data, NSW Back-to-School Allowance reports and any manner of other information can be extracted very simply.

Enrolment enquires can be registered and standard letters produced. SchoolPRO maintains statistics on the number of enquires, providing charts showing how the enquirers heard about your school.

Sophisticated ID Card creation facility which allows the capture of images from any TWAIN compliant source, or from a disk file. ID photos can be taken for any entity (not just students) in seconds. It is possible for 600 student photos to be taken and assigned to the appropriate student in less than 4 hours.
ID Photos can be uploaded to the SchoolPRO system in seconds directly from the photos supplied by your school photographer.
User-defined form letters based upon selected data
The ability to 'flag' any entity with a user-defined image appearing when the details of that entity are viewed
