SchoolPRO's Medical module provides instant access to vital information about students for medical purposes.

It maintains information in respect of medical conditions for each student, allowing a condition to become inapplicable if, say, a student no longer suffers from the condition.

It also maintains a history of medical incidents, with flags to indicate whether follow-up is required.
Emergency contact information is instantly available, without having to go to another module.

Charts can be produced for any date range showing all types of statistical information. Information regarding the number of medical incidents by hour, day of the week, week of the year, year-level and many others help the school medical officer to locate any unhealthy trends.

A Student Medical Information form can be printed for each student and sent to parents for updating or amending - no longer will parents have to provide the same information over and over.
