SchoolPRO does not tie a student to any particular person for billing purposes. Recognizing that in the "real world" there are often many variations from the traditional nuclear family, SchoolPRO allows you to allocate fees across any number of payers, with complete flexibility in the allocation of sibling and other discounts. You can attach fee types to either the debtor or the student - or to both. When doing a billing run, you can determine what constitutes a "billable" student (for example, one who will be enrolled at the school in x days' time - or on a particular date). SchoolPRO provides a number of checks to ensure that all students who should be billed are. The actual bulk billing is a simple 3-stage process, with a number of checks along the way. Numerous transaction and summary reports provide the information required to transfer the totals to your general ledger. If you use QuickBooks™ and MYOB™, the appropriate general ledger accounts will be updated automatically, bringing full seamless integration to the accounting package of your choice. Cash receipts can be entered individually into SchoolPRO. If you received bulk payments via BPay™ or EZYPAY™, you will be able to import those transactions into SchoolPRO quickly and easily. |
