Because schools have different ways of reporting academic results, the SchoolPRO Reports module provides a great degree of flexibility.
SchoolPRO allows schools to report on subjects any number of times during the academic year.

Term reports, semester reports, 6 weekly reports are all easily accommodated in SchoolPRO.
Each report can have its own format, with any number of outcomes or results in any number of categories. User-defined result types for each criterion can be specified.

Another great feature of SchoolPRO is that the final reports are generated in MS Word giving you complete flexibility on the final format of the reports.

SchoolPRO allows you to add any number of comments to a students report. Those comments can be created from scratch or from a comment bank. You can create your own comment banks and then easily combine any number of those comments into a larger comment. If desired, you can then modify that comment or enter the comment from scratch.

There is a selection of pre-defined report formats from which to choose or reports can be custom designed.

Photos of the students appear when entering that student's results to help teachers identify students quickly.

The reports module does not require any other program to operate - you will not need another word processing package to generate your reports.

Graphs of student achievements over their entire school career are easily generated and can be included in the final report.
