Restricted Access Section - This Password protected section allows you to upload and download files to and from the SchoolPRO server.  You will need to contact SchoolPRO staff in order to get your unique username and password.

This is a great, free application to create PDFs (Adobe Acrobat files).  It installs as a new 'printer' on your computer.  Then simply print your SchoolPRO reports to this 'printer' to create a PDF document that looks exactly like the original SchoolPRO report.  Great for emailing reports to debtors, teachers and parents.

The file required: PDFCreator-0_9_x_GPLGhostscript.exe

(Adobe Acrobat Reader) - This free application by Adobe allows you to view PDF files

You can download Winzip from www.winzip.com

Steps:

1. Either type the text you want to convert into the box below or copy and paste it from another application (eg Word)
2. When you are happy with the formatting of your text and are ready to convert it
3. Select the text you want to convert
4. Click the HTML button in the toolbar below
5. Press CTRL and A on your keyboard to select the HTML
6. Press CTRL and C on your keyboardto copy the highlighted HTML
7. Select the field in SchoolPRO you want to paste the HTML into
8. Press CTRL and V on your keyboard to paste in the HTML
