MS Word Report Writer Templates

Instructions:

1. Click the Module (folder) you would like a template for.
2. To preview what a sample generated report from the template looks like click the PDF icon.
3. To download the template click on the file Name of the template you want to download.
4. This will download a zipped up version of the template
5. Unzip and Save the file to the relavant folder in the 'MS Word template' folder on your server eg) for medical module templates save them in the Medical folder etc
