Our office hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm EST.  But we appreciate there can be emergencies which require immediate attention.  So you will often find we are available out side of these hours.  Our contact page has a full list of all our contact numbers.

Our email lists are FREE to join and are a great way of getting support from both the SchoolPRO staff and other users.  Use this form to easily get on and off of the lists.

Video Tutorials

Hours of video tutorials are provided that show how to perform many tasks in SchoolPRO.  Because they include verbal instructions you should enable the sound on your PC.

Training

Please contact us if you would like to arrange training either at your school or remotely.

Remote Support

We can 'visit' your school anytime through the use of our remote support software.  Being able to see your screen makes solving many issues much, much easier and is sure to save you time.

Use the forum to post questions, respond to polls and search past information.

Downloads

Get the latest patches and other files from our download site.  You will need a username and password to access this area.
