SchoolPRO is pleased to offer online support where we are able to remotely view and control your PC (only with your permission of course).

We have found that this is an invaluable tool, greatly increasing the effectiveness of the telephone support provided to our clients. 

Here are some of the great benefits:

  • Software questions and problems are usually resolved in a fraction of the time when we can see your computer screen.

  • Remote training can be performed in as little as 15 minutes.  We talk you through a new task over the phone while we watch what you do on your computer screen.  This means that you can fit training around your normal schedule.

  • This support is completely secure. No one can access your computer without your approval. Data sent between the two computers is fully encrypted.

  • Support can be provided on all computer related matters, not just those concerned with SchoolPRO2.  We have the skills and tools to provide onsite technical support if you don't already have it.

  • Works through virtually any firewall so there is no need to modify your existing network setup.

TeamViewer is a secure way of allowing our SchoolPRO support staff to view and control SchoolPRO2 on your computer.

To initiate a support session simply download and run the file, then tell the SchoolPRO support person your 'ID' and your 'Password'.
