If options 1 and 2 do not work then either:

  1. Use another of the many file upload services - like www.wetransfer.com which allows up to 2 GB files to be transferred. A quick search via Google using the words upload big files should reveal an expansive list of transfer services
  2. Split the files into smaller archives using 7-zip or winzip for example
  3. Upload the files to your FTP server and then let us know where the files have been uploaded to and the Ticket Number assocaited with those files so that we can download them
  4. We can also organise to remote connect and get the files via teamviewer (NOTE: Normal support charges apply for this service.
